This old house had good bones but needed serious love to become what it is today: a fun, functional party barn. With a bedroom, bath, and kitchenette downstairs, plus a big open space for entertaining both upstairs and downstairs, we worked closely with builder, Darryl Dieciedue, to transform the space. The repurposed Texas neon adds personality and charm, making it the ultimate destination hangout and party spot.
