This project offered a blank slate as it was a new construction home with great bones and white walls. My repeat client trusted me to start from scratch and do whatever I thought was best for the home. Through time shopping together with my client, the design evolved with pops of fun, odd things here and there, such as the one armed primitive chair in the living room. We created a more transitional look with elements like a contemporary patterned gray and white rug, as well as peaceful art and soft blues and lavenders and white in the primary bedroom. It developed into a surreal, peaceful oasis that blended a mix of styles while remaining livable and timeless.
