“Make it badass.” This was the direction given by my empty nester clients for their luxury unit in a Houston high rise in the River Oaks neighborhood. This project achieved a level of modernity and cool while remaining true to our signature aesthetic vision. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo boasts 9 ft. ceilings and floor-to-ceiling views of Houston. We utilized my clients original art collection and incorporated pops of color and hints of greenery to a mostly neutral palette to create the ultimate sleek and masculine statement.
