Collaborating with my Chicago-based clients on their beach house in Florida was a wonderful and fun experience. They were heavily involved in the design process and even visited Texas to join me in Round Top to source truly unique finds, including the colorful piece of art in the living room. The goal of this huge renovation was to create a family-friendly home where they could entertain in a comfortable setting surrounded by gorgeous interiors and lush landscapes. To achieve this, we opened up the kitchen and created a cozy seating area at that end, added a kitchen island, tore down walls in the great room, renovated all the bathrooms, updated the floors, and tore out the builtins around the fireplace.
